Canan Töreli's paintings were inspired by a true violence story which happened in Turkey. A guy beat her fiancée to death and left her in a bus station. The woman died 10 days after hospitalisation.
The local newspaper Hürriyet Ankara made an article about those painters who remember us that the violence against women is everywhere and there is still a lot of to do to become a healthy society.
